Exploration of affordable housing for the SNEE nursing workforce

Tender description

This is a Contract Award Notice to communicate a contract award by NHS Suffolk and North East Essex Integrated Care Board (the "ICB"). The contract award is made to Iceni Projects Limited for the provision of a data collection exercise, needs assessment, completion of a prospective report, and completion of an impact considerations document pertaining to affordable housing for the Suffolk and North East Essex nursing workforce. The overarching ambition is to support NHS staff, and in this instance, the nursing workforce, to be able to access housing that meets their needs in terms of affordability, demographics, and location to their place of work. This contract commences on 14th November 2022 until 13th February 2023, at a total contract value of £29,700 (inclusive of VAT). The ICB is publishing this Contract Award Notice in the Contracts Finder in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (as amended by The Public Procurement (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020) for spend above £25,000.
