To provide an efficient and impartial Direct Payments Support Service that will enable direct payment recipients within the borough of Knowsley to effectively manage their own or a family members budget, maximizing choice and control through high quality, independent advice and support Lot 1: To provide an efficient and impartial Direct Payments Support Service that will enable direct payment recipients within the borough of Knowsley to effectively manage their own or a family members budget, maximizing choice and control through high quality, independent advice and support. The annual budget is up to a maximum of £120k, overall total budget including potential extensions is £600k. The Contract will be for a term of three years, commencing on 1st April 2023. The Council may extend the Contract following the Contract Period for further periods of time up to a maximum of 24 months in aggregate. The Council shall give not less than 28 days written notice of an extension prior to the last day of the Contract period and for further extensions not less than 28 days written notice prior to the last day of the extended Contract.
