Tender description

Develop a Monitoring & Evaluation Framework for the Local Air Quality Grant Work is required to understand what has been delivered through Defra’s Air Quality Grant Scheme (AQGS), to develop a monitoring and evaluation (M&E) framework for the AQGS and identify approaches to improve the impact of the grant and management processes. This work will be split across three work packages and is expected to be delivered within c.6 months. The work packages are interlinked, and findings should be used to inform the M&E framework and management recommendations.
