The Culture and Leadership Programme (CLP) and toolkit has already successfully supported over 80 organisations in the creation of compassionate and inclusive cultures. Our evidence-based tools, support the creation of compassionate and inclusive cultures. The NHS needs to continue taking a multi-dimensional approach to enabling staff to make a choice to continue working for the NHS. To this end, NHSE has created a 12-month pilot initiative, namely, the People Promise Exemplar sites. There is an expectation that Culture & Transformation Team (CTT), as one of the People Promise teams, we will work with the 23 Organisations / Trusts across all 7 regions to ensure the interventions across all NHS People Promises areas are adopted, spread and integrated into everyday working practices. Trusts in difficulty often require significant external expertise to facilitate their internal organisational teams to distil activity that delivers swift, but sustained improvement for staff and patients. This intervention can support both Board and Change Team Leads to deliver significant improvement using the specially designed evidenced based offers via CTT. CTT is a small team of experts supporting a significant number of Trusts with their culture journeys utilising the CLP.
