Diverse metrics of success will be available from engagement with all grant recipients, due to the varied nature of the technologies purchased and implemented. The survey will also identify elements of the Programme which participating businesses felt worked well or could have been improved, • Consultations: Lead partner-led interviews to gather qualitative feedback and views of the Programme. • Case Studies: Detailed discussions to be held with a small number of beneficiaries made available to the wider care sector An allocation of £15,000 has been requested for completion of the summative assessment.
