Tender description
As NI Water is undergoing significant business transformation, and in anticipation of succession planning requirements, we now seek to appoint a Resourcing Partner (referred to in this document as the Contractor) to support the business in resourcing activity for a number of senior positions. In the first instance, we require a Contractor to facilitate the recruitment and selection of a number of Directors – Customer and Operations; Engineering and Sustainability; and Infrastructure Delivery. Please refer to Appendix 1 - Specification for further details on requirements.
