Tender description
Four sites collectively known as Middlecroft cluster In order to undertake the emergency covering of the roof at Rowsley Crescent. The authority will have to provide welfare facilities for all operatives attending site to undertake the works. This waiver will allow the accommodation to be provided in order to be compliant under The Health and Safety at Work Act 1974. This is due to Robert Woodhead Limited ceasing trading and leaving partially built dwellings and surplus materials being on site.
