Assignment Description An individual with expertise in recruitment is needed to support a significant volume of senior appointments. Anticipated activities are as follows: • Provide advice to senior managers at each step of the recruitment process, paying attention to the organisation’s ambitions on diversity and talent (65%) • Advise and support candidates where necessary, ensuring an excellent candidate experience (10%) • Maintain records of campaigns being managed (5%) • Feed ideas and experiences into continuous improvement of senior recruitment (5%) • Build and maintain strong working relationships with recruiting managers at the most senior levels of the organisation (10%) • Monitor and report on progress (5%)
