2022/23 (Year 2) Panel of Architectural Consultants

Tender description

Dublin City Council is seeking to renew its Panel for the provision of Architectural Services for projects of less than €1 million (ex. VAT) in value. Please note that if you have have been admitted onto the previous Panel (under RFT 197222), you do not need to submit a new application for admission to the new Panel under this RFT. Please see note 3.2 in the attached Competition Summary Document. Panel members will be required to provide architectural design and associated services for stages (i)-(v) of the Capital Works Management Framework or a subset thereof. As part of the service delivery, panel members will be required to provide the following minimum specialist skills • Design Team Lead, • Employer’s Representative for works contracts, and • Design Certifier and Assigned Certifier (under the Building Control Amendment Regulations 2014) • PSDP Additional optional specialist skills may include Architectural Conservation Consultancy Services, DAC and Fire Safety Consultancy Services It is intended that the architectural services to be provided will cover the following project types: residential (new build and refurbishment), public realm, precinct improvements, housing, civic, community, recreational, sports, infrastructural improvement master-planning, mixed use/commercial etc.. The services will cover any and all work stages. Only those Applicants capable of delivering all of the services listed above (whether in-house or as a grouping/consortium) will be considered. Therefore, applications relating to one or several of these services only are not acceptable and will be rejected. For further information please refer to attached documentation.
