Yarra LCID data migration for the Electronic Health and Care Record

HSC Business Services Organisation intends to enter into an agreement with Yarra LCID to facilitate data migration for the Electronic Health and Care Record, encompass in Northern Ireland. Lot 1: Encompass will eventually manage every patient's, client's, and service-user's acute, social care or community care case in a data structure called an 'episode'. An episode may be open for days, weeks, or years. It represents all care and encounters/contacts to be managed by a key worker for a particular programme of care or service. Implementation of the solution covered by this agreement will allow encompass to migrate all currently-open cases/episodes for patients/service-users/clients across all social care and community care services. BSO will receive technical assistance from the vendor to facilitate data migration into encompass.
