Summary of the work Work with business leads within the NHS to identify their users and to gather user requirements to form problem statements and to 'test' if digital requests will meet user needs. This role is key in helping teams pass the CDDO Service Assessment. Specialist role User researcher Latest start date Monday 14 November 2022 Who Speclialist Work With This role will work with the Enterprise Discovery Manager within the Enterprise Architecture Service and will be operating at a senior level. What Specialists Work On 1. Conduct user research to identify problems and challenges with business teams 2. Help business leads gather the user research needed as part of the Service Assessment 3. Create the standard on what a good ' Discovery' looks like 4. Review external Discoveries Skills & Experience • Have experience in using both qualitative and quantative user research methods • Be able to work autonomously • Be able to work at a senior level Nice to Haves • Have knowledge of the NHS and HealthCare settings • Understand and experience of the GDS phases Work Location The team is based in London and Manchester however we conduct most of our work remotely Working Arrangments Mostly remote but there might be the odd occasion where the team meeting face to face. Could you please provide further clarification regarding the maximum day rate of £450, given the stated requirement to operate at a senior level. Is this accurate, given the seniority required? Not sure what exactly requires further clarification is required. This is the day rate we have approval for and this person would need to feel comfortable operating at a senior level as they could be working with senior managers across the organisation
