Working closely with a range of stakeholders, the GMCA is leading on the procurement of three contracts (lots) which aim to capture resident and victim insight into perceptions of how safe people feel and their experiences of services if they have been a victim of crime. While we have referred to victims of crime throughout this document, we are interested in the views of those who recognise themselves as survivors. ‘Victim’ is used throughout this document to mean victim/survivor.
