Provision of Vehicle Conversion Services

Tender description

The Police & Crime Commissioner for Warwickshire (The Authority) has a requirement to purchase Vehicle Conversion Services. This is a further competition via Framework Agreement CCS RM3814 Vehicle Conversions Dynamic Purchasing System. This is a two stage further competition process: • Stage 1 – Capability Assessment. All framework suppliers meeting certain criteria have been sent the Capability Assessment form and only those who are able to answer yes to all questions are shortlisted to participate in the next stage. • Stage 2 – All shortlisted suppliers are invited to participate in the further competition which requires the submission of proposals, pricing information and mandatory commercial information. Following evaluation of submissions, shortlisted Suppliers may be asked to clarify information and / or attend post tender interviews.
