Tender description
The Contracting Authority requires proposals for a suitably experienced and qualified PR & Marketing Service Provider for delivery of the following services to Fleadh Cheoil na hÉireann, Mullingar, 2022, with an option, at the discretion of Westmeath CCE to extend the contract to Fleadh Cheoil na hÉireann 2023. The event will run from 31st July 2022 until 7th August 2022 inclusive in the town of Mullingar, Co. Westmeath. The required PR & Marketing Services include but are not limited to: • Preparation of an Effective Communications & Media Strategy • Development & Management of an effective and successful social media campaign through all relevant platforms • Management and delivery of PR & Marketing, through radio, television, print and social media, for build-up, during and post event • Video & Photography Services as required
