Provision of an Email Management solution with integration between Exchange and Sharepoint in the Microsoft 365 environment.

Tender description

Cork County Council is rolling out Office 365 which includes Exchange 365. Historically many users have used PST’s files to manage and file their email records. We now wish to eliminate PST’s and get users to migrate their relevant PST files onto appropriate SharePoint sites. Approximately 1,800 of our staff had O365 E3 licenses allowing them to use both Exchange and SharePoint via desktop clients. We wish to give some staff the tool to also deal with recording emailed documentation onto SharePoint. All Directorates are migrating to SharePoint online for their document management and all documentation should be stored on SharePoint rather than Exchange. Lot 258623: Provision of an Email Management solution with integration between Exchange and Sharepoint in the Microsoft 365 environment. Provide a Mail Management Tool to integrate between Exchange and SharePoint in the Microsoft 365 Environment. The tool will be rolled out over a phased basis and will be for 2 years with the option to extend by 3 x 1-year extensions. an indicative value would be €100,00 over 5 years.
