Tender description

FOLD Housing Association Ireland CLG (Fold) wish to procure services to develop designs, secure statutory approvals and procure and oversee the development of c. 35 - 40 Nr one bed homes for senior citizens and a new community facility and associated site development works on the site of the former DCC Depot on Orchard Road, Ballybough, Dublin 3. The works will comprise demolitions and site clearance of the existing buildings and the development of new blocks to provide the required accommodation.
