<p>North of Tyne Combined Authority (NTCA) seeks an experienced and creative provider to undertake an independent evaluation of NTCA’s Culture and Creative Zones programme. The chosen evaluator will assess the effectiveness and impact of the Zones, capture lessons to inform both the delivery of this programme and development of future interventions, and provide an evidenced narrative to help secure the long term sustainability of the Zones and attract future investment to North of Tyne and the wider North East region.
