Medite RFT for the Provision of Works to upgrade an Existing Customer Service Room '22

Tender description

Medite Europe DAC are seeking competitive tender submissions from suitably qualified building contractors to modify / upgrade an existing customer room under a set design and detailed specification document. The works will entail the refurbishment and interior fit-out of a single room which will also include bespoke joinery items where indicated. The works will take place within the main office building, which will be in use by Medite Employees for the duration of the works. This will require careful management on behalf of the successful tender, and it should be noted from the outset that some works will have to take place outside of normal working hours, i.e., evenings & weekends. The design was prepared in conjunction with Joseph Mackey Architects, and he will be the Project Manager and the main point of contract regarding the technical and design scope. The Medite representative will be Michael Nichol who is the Operations Manager at Medite and will also be available for site visits. The successful tenderer shall be required to act as Project Supervisor Construction Stage (PSCS) as per the requirements of the relevant health and safety legislation.
