Tender description

The Police Service of Northern Ireland wishes to deliver a cultural audit across the organisation entitled ‘Your Voice – creating a great place to work’ to assist in understanding the current culture and support the Police Service to develop an employee engagement framework to ensure this is a great place to work, where everyone can be their best. The Police Service of Northern Ireland seek to appoint a Contractor to work alongside the project team to assess, design, implement and evaluate a cultural audit in 2022/23. The audit is to include a mixed methodology approach, including an organisational survey.
