GB-Swindon: UKRI-2144 International Researchers in UK R&D Businesses

UKRI requires a supplier to support us in filling a recognised gap in knowledge about the way in which UK businesses and international researchers and innovators in industry interact with the immigration system. To collate evidence to fill this gap in knowledge, the Supplier will be required to; 1) analyse data obtained by UKRI from Research & Development (R&D) businesses to highlight gaps for further exploration, 2) collect evidence from R&D businesses to address the gaps identified from existing data and to answer the research questions laid out in the specification, and 3) to carry out analysis on the new evidence obtained from R&D businesses. The Supplier will provide UKRI with a robust understanding of how UK R&D businesses and international researchers in industry interact with the immigration system. To obtain the full information about this requirement interested suppliers must complete an NDA and the information about Phase 2 will be sent out via Delta e sourcing portal. https://ukri.delta-esourcing.com/delta/viewNotice.html?noticeId=719419161 The duration of the contract is expected to be in the region of 16 weeks starting immediately after award of contract. All work must be completed by 30th April 2023 but there is scope to extend the time by up to one month until 31st May 2023 with agreement from UKRI if absolutely necessary. The value of the requirement is up to £62,500 (ex VAT) Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
