GB-Colchester: Renewal of Pitched Roofs

Tender description

Colchester Borough Homes, acting as Contract Administrator, on behalf of Colchester Borough Council (the Council) wishes to commission a contractor to renew the existing pitched roof coverings to 12 properties, including associated building works to chimneys, minor improvements to thermal insulation, roof line and the removal and reinstallation of photo voltaic systems. The properties are in the Castle, Stanway and Gt Horkesley Wards and there is relatively good access to most sites. The properties are two storey and are situated in residential areas. Full details of the requirements are detailed within the associated documents. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
