Tender description
Armagh City, Banbridge and Craigavon Borough Council, through funding secured from DfC, wish to appoint a facilitator(s) to design and deliver a targeted support programme for Financial and Debt Management. Following the impact of the Covid pandemic and increasing price rises, there is an ever-growing demand for the provision of Support Services; signposting and referral to comprehensive support; developing partnership approaches to adapting and responding to need; and collectively understanding emerging issues and where the needs lie, so that services may be targeted accordingly. As a Council our focus needs to shift towards a recovery from Covid, and to take into account the challenges that face our residents from the rising costs of living.
