Liverpool City Council provides long term supported housing service for men aged 40 and above with alcohol and other issues. This is facilitated at the Greenbank Hotel, 2 Aigburth drive, and it has been agreed that the building is no longer fit for purpose. LCC require a feasibility and design to RIBA stage 2 and outline of costing to determine what is acheivable in context to specified requirements.
