Tender description

The Employer requires there-tiling of a swimming pool. The work will consist of draining the pool water, removal of damaged ceramic tiles and replacement to match existing. Following a period of drying out the pool will be re-filled with water chemically treated and open for swimming again - the contract is programmed to last for 12 weeks and will be managed by experienced swimming pool specialists in Renfrewshire Leisure. The Tender Procedure shall be conducted in accordance with a below GPA Open Tender procedure relating to a Works Contract.
