Tender description
Lot 1 & 2 - Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning Contract for Kerry County & Cork South. Lot 3 - Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning Contract for Cork University Hospital (CUH), Cork University Maternity Hospital (CUMH) & Adult Acute Mental Health Unit (AAMHU). Lot 4 - Refrigeration, Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning Contract for University Hospital Kerry (UHK). HSE Southern Capital and Estates will appoint a Competent HVAC Contractor to each Lot to provide emergency call out provision, general small works, planned and reactive maintenance service projects for all lots indicated. The Contracting Authority intends to enter into a Term Maintenance Contract with the Tenderer which is successful in the competition for each individual Lot.
