Award of Contract for West Dunbartonshire Council Asbestos Surveys

Tender description

The purpose of this tender was to identify a single contractor to carry out surveys for both domestic and non-domestic properties including circulation spaces, solum space, floor voids, loft, roof/soffits/fascias, external plumbing elements and external outbuildings. All areas of a property within a defined site boundary will be surveyed. The types of surveys required will be management, refurbishment and demolition. This tendering exercise was run as a mini competition from lot 1 of the Scotland Excel framework for Asbestos related Works and Services (Ref: 2418).
