Tender description
The Ards and North Down Sports Facilities Strategy 2016 - 2026 identified the need to consider the provision of a 3G pitch to support the needs of GAA sports and the residual needs of football on the Ards Peninsula. Site assessment exercises were undertaken to select an appropriate site and the preferred site is located behind Portaferry Sports Centre and adjacent St Columba’s College. Ards and North Down Borough Council seeks to appoint an Integrated Consultancy Team (ICT) to undertake the required ICT Design Services throughout RIBA Stages 0 - 7, including the procurement of an Integrated Supply Team (IST), NEC project management and Supervision.
