Provision of 12 x Step Up/Step Down Beds throughout Wrexham County Borough to enable respite in-between leaving hospital and being back at home. Lot 1: Wrexham County Borough Council requires applications from providers to provide twelve beds over 3 locations for the purpose of step up / down. The initiative forms part of Wrexham Adult Social Care and Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board’s vision for Integrated Care Services and is jointly commissioned by the two partner organisations.
