Tender description

For the provision of Event Management Services, this framework will be made up of four lots : • Lot 1 All Outdoor Events • Lot 2 Creative Programming & Partnership Projects • Lot 3 Engagement and Community Events • Lot 4 Conference & indoor Technical event Production Lot 1: All Outdoor Events The Mayor of London organises and supports a number of free outdoor public events, including small to medium scale events and large-scale major events. The services that maybe required from this lot are Event Production, Event Management, Event Programming and Sourcing and managing external suppliers Lot 2: Creative Programming and Partnership Projects The Mayor of London organises and supports a number of Cultural programmes and Partnership projects. This Lot relates to research & development, creation, curation, programming and delivery of experiential & arts-based performance events, cultural campaigns, activations, launches and partnership projects. Lot 3: Engagement Events In this Lot, the GLA and TfL seek to procure event design, management, programming and production services to facilitate engagement events for local community groups. These could include road shows, workshops and exhibition stands, as well as schools/ youth engagement, campaigns, promotions and public relations. Lot 4: Conference and Indoor Event Production The GLA organises and supports a number of conference style events and public meetings.
