Tender description

<p>The contract is for the delivery of a supported living accommodation and support service for young people to be provided within the borough of Cheshire East. The service will be available to young people aged 16 to 17 years who are cared for or care leavers, homeless and any others at the local authority discretion. The service provides a support service for young people who will be matched by the Provider to a suitable lodging host.
