Tender description

Local Partnerships is required to undertake a SOC to help inform the Council's decision on whether the option for developing their own dry recyclate MRF, would best suit the Councils future waste management needs. The SOC will need to take into consideration the future changes to waste management arising from the Environment Act (2021), the Waste Strategy for England (WSE) and the supporting legislation and guidance which will become available once the consultation response on WSE is known.
