Social Impact and Outcomes Measurement Advisory and Support Services

Tender description

This is a tender request for expert advisory and support services in the area of social impact and outcomes measurement. In our organisation strategy Making Great Art Work the Arts Council committed to improving the way we measure and evaluate the outcomes and impacts of our work. We believe that measurement and evaluation is at its most powerful when it is used for learning and continuous improvement. By constantly analysing what is working well and, its converse, what is not working well, the Arts Council can better lead the development of the arts in Ireland. The Arts Council has identified capacity building in social impact and outcomes measurement as a priority work programme over the next three years. As well as building internal knowledge and capacity in this area, we wish to work with the arts sector to encourage and support an active learning environment in impact measurement.
