ETZ Ltd require a Phase 2 (Single Stage lump sum) Site Investigation of the Gregness Site to acquire a detailed understanding of the ground conditions and any potential environmental constraints/ liabilities associated with the development of the site. The works are required to inform development strategies, provide information to prospective developers, inform the design and to assist with regulatory consents. ETZ Ltd has a requirement to produce a comprehensive Phase 2 Site Investigation Report to inform the site design/development, support consents and meet the requirements of both Regulators and Funders. The SI builds upon a previously completed Phase 1 Desk Study and will extend the Conceptual Site Model for the development. It is required to address geotechnical and contaminated land related issues. The site will be utilised for largescale manufacturing and or commercial use although proposed development layouts and loadings are not yet known. The SI therefore requires to provide detailed information across the whole site area in sufficient detail that it will inform all likely development layouts, as far as is realistically possible. This contract is for a Single Stage Lump Sum Phase 2 Site Investigation, including consultancy and site investigation/ contracting. The assessment will also include a structural back analysis of the existing insitu concrete ground slab to identify its load bearing capacity for potential reuse.
