Tender description

The Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames is seeking to appoint a provider(s) for the delivery of rough sleeping services and interventions within Kingston, which will include: an outreach/inreach service, Support Navigators (providing intensive support for the most entrenched rough sleepers), 1 x officer to support rough sleepers with unclear immigration status, provision of HMO accommodation (8 beds in total) and support for individuals within that accommodation plus use/management of Personal Budgets.
