Request for Tenders to establish Multi Supplier Framework Agreements for the provision of legal services to the Commission for Communications Regulation In summary, the Services comprise of the provision of legal assistance to ComReg, if required. • Lot 1 – Regulatory and competition law advisory • Lot 2 – Regulatory and competition law advisory and related litigation • Lot 3 – General Circuit Court and District Court litigation • Lot 4 – General corporate law advisory and related litigation This competition relates to ‘Annex XIV Services’ as listed in Annex XIV to Directive 2014/24/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 26 February 2014 on public procurement (the “Procurement Directive”).
