<p>The objective is to make alterations to the beams and joists that will allow for a walkway to be installed to allow for safe servicing and access of the equipment by servicing engineers. By not installing a support frame, a limitation will be placed on access by maintenance staff to carry out required servicing and repairs on the installed air handling plant.
