Provision for Commercial Gas Servicing Repairs and Installation Works including Heat Interface Units

One Housing / The Riverside Group invites expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced organisation in relation to the Contract for the Provision for Commercial Gas Servicing Repairs & Installation Works including Heat Interface Units (HIU's). This will be a JCT MTC 2016 Contract which will run for an initial period of 3 years, with options to extend. The requirement of this Contract will include (but not limited to) communal gas boiler servicing, communal gas boiler responsive maintenance, breakdown and replacement of communal boilers and similar heat sources located within Centralised communal Boiler Houses and Plant Room Sites they serve including infrastructure and Common Areas.
