Tender description

Contractors are invited to tender for the replacement of the existing fire doors within the existing school complex, including all ancillary upgrade works associated with & adjoining the door set installations. These works generally include replacement of internal fire doors, firestopping around doors and service penetrations, ironmongery to doors and painting to all affected areas. Please note that all works are to be carried out in strict adherence with the Department of Education & Skills, Technical Guidance Documents. It should also be noted that given the nature of the work involved, it is paramount that the tendering contractor has the specialist resources available to carry out the works and meet the pertinent handover dates and moreover, the out-of-hours working requirements. Infection Control / COVID 19; the PSCS / Contractor shall prepare a H&S statement demonstrating measures that will be put in place to ensure that works can be carried out in accordance CIF Standard Operating Procedures as well as confirming measures to be taken to monitor these processes.
