PROPOSED ARTISAN SMOKERY - Development Plans and Cost Specifications

The Contracting Authority, Cuman Iascairi Chliere Teo / Iasc Daiteaithe Teoranta proposes to build a small artisan smoking facility on a new site on Oileán Chleire Co Cork. Planning permission was obtained in 2014 and planning permission extension of duration is currently in place and will expire in 2024. The scope of works now include: Full working drawing/Plans and/or a set of detailed working drawings for both the building and the external ground works. These will be based on the outline drawing submitted for Planning permission. A detailed schedule of Specification for costing the overall project. The provision of Fire Cert. The provision of a Disability Cert. Liaison with the relevant authorities such as the EHO, SFPA and /or Cork Council to ensure all Food Safety and other regulations are incorporated into the development phase.
