Tender description
Without prejudice to competition in the marketplace, this Prior Information Notice (PIN) / Request for Information (RFI) is being used by City of Dublin Education and Training Board (CDETB) to invite interested economic operators to participate in market consultation in respect of the development of a Grants Processing and Management System for Student Universal Support Ireland (SUSI). The purpose of this market consultation is to examine and consider the various technical and commercial options which are available to CDETB to allow it to develop specifications to ensure that any future tender process delivers the optimum solution to CDETB before commencing a tendering process. The market consultation may also assist CDETB in the development of the procurement strategy for any subsequent competition. Please note that this is NOT a call for competition and no tender documents are available at this stage. This process will not be utilised in order to preclude any future competition to be conducted by CDETB. It is anticipated that CDETB will enter into market consultation with a selection of parties and possibly not all parties, at CDETB’s sole discretion. Following consultation, CDETB intends to publish a call for competition in due course on www.etenders.gov.ie and in the Official Journal of the EU. Interested parties must respond by Tuesday, 13th December 2022 through eTenders messaging facility. All responses must be marked ‘PIN/RFI for the Provision of a Grant Management Solution / Platform for SUSI, RFT I.D. 214278’ in the subject field and contain the information on the Questionnaire.
