Mutual Mentoring - Train the Trainer model: Culture Transformation

The Authority is looking for a Supplier for the provision of compassionate leadership culture across NHS. NHS England is planning to commence both face to face and virtual delivery of two cohorts of the mutual mentoring programme in Autumn 2022. One cohort will take place in the South of England and the second cohort will take place in the north of England. Each cohort will be of numbers up to 40 participants. NHSE will be looking to recruit associate members in the near future who will go on to deliver this programme and support the Culture Transformation Teams ambition to build compassionate and inclusive leadership cultures across the NHS to be delivered by 31st March 2023.
