This tender competition will operate under ‘Open Procedures’ published on ETenders (RFT 226493) and will incorporate a two-stage assessment process as follows:- Stage (i) Technical (envelope 01), Suitability Assessment Procedure, Main Works Contractor – Pass / Fail. - Stage (ii) Financial (envelope 02) Subject to a Tenderer being successful at stage (i), tenders shall move to be assessed in accordance with a stage (ii) competitive tender assessment i.e. the contract, if awarded, shall be awarded on the basis of the lowest price recieved
