Lot 1: University Hospitals Birmingham NHS Foundation Trust (UHB) is seeking to engage with suppliers interested in its requirement for a Molecular Pathology Managed Service. The Molecular Pathology Service at University Hospitals Birmingham (UHB) NHS Foundation Trust provides a comprehensive diagnostic service to internal users, as well as a large number of external users. The Department processes approximately 25,000 samples a year, the results of which are used for diagnostic and monitoring purposes and in conjunction with other clinical information to direct treatment.
