Islay Airport Runway Rehabilitation and Airfield Ground Lighting Works

Tender description

Rehabilitation of Runways 13/31 and 08/26, achieved by the provision of a 50mm inlay of grooved Hot Rolled Asphalt (HRA) to the existing pavements. Relocation of existing AGL fittings, comprising runway edge lights, end lights, threshold wing bar lights and Precision Approach Path Indicators (PAPI’s). Lot 1: HIAL wish to appoint a main Contractor to a Contract for the rehabilitation of runway pavements and associated Airfield Ground Lighting (AGL) works at Islay Airport.
