CWC20184 - Supply and Delivery of ICT Hardware Client Equipment

Tender description

Wolverhampton City Council (the Council) invites organisations to participate in a tender exercise for contract for the supply and delivery of ICT Hardware Client Equipment. The Council has an established ICT asset estate that is utilised to provide the necessary equipment to allow customers to perform their roles. The Council's ICT team wish to maximise the evolving hardware market to ensure the Council get value for money and continue to meet the requirements of both internal and external customers. The Council requires a supplier of ICT Client Hardware with access to multiple manufacturers equipment, capable of supplying, but not limited to; • Laptops • Monitors • Tablets • Mobile Phone Devices • Peripherals • Docking Stations Is the Council's intention to award the Contract to a single Provider in May 2022, the contract period is for five(5) Years. The contract will be based on satisfactory performance of the tenderer as identified via key performance indicators. The total contract term will not exceed five (5) years.
