Communal cleaning service to Council owned housing stock and community halls

<p>Thanet District Council is seeking to procure a communal cleaning service for the communal areas of Council owned housing stock and for community halls. &nbsp;Properties are located across the Thanet district with a majority situated in Margate and Ramsgate. &nbsp;A high quality of service is important for this contract, as we and our residents care about the cleanliness of the estates and homes where they live.<br>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;<br>The Contract is anticipated to commence upon 14 April 2023 for a duration of two years, with two options to extend at 12 months each, at the sole discretion of the Council.</p> <p><br>Important Information: All procurement documents are attached to this notice and available for suppliers to download and complete according to instructions contained.<br>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;<br>The procurement process will be undertaken on the basis of formal tenders.
