<p>The service will include Advocacy for Care for Children, Children on a Child Protection Plan, Children in Need Plan between the ages of 5 – 18 years and Independent Visitor Support for Care for Children between the ages of 8 – 18 years. The Service Provider will work in partnership with Salford City Council to ensure that children and young people have accessible information about the Children’s Rights service, Advocacy &amp; Independent Visitors Scheme and Salford’s Complaints Procedure. The Service Provider will work in partnership with Salford City Council and contribute to service development to promote the rights, interests and responsibilities of children and young people.</p> Keywords: Children's Rights, Advocacy, Independent Visitor Support
