Tender description

This is from an existing Government framework and to support the building of leadership change capability in a specific service (Home Ownership). The team are subject to significant change and as such require upskilling and support to enable them to do this successfully. One of these solutions is Leading People through Change and the other is Neuroscience and Change. These will be delivered multiple times as there are c. 30 leaders within scope for the development.
