Newry, Mourne and Down District Council ("the Council") in partnership with the Department for Communities, Department for Infrastructure and Department of Agricultural, Environment and Rural Affairs will deliver a Small Settlement Revitalisation Scheme. There are seven small settlements included in this Small Settlement Revitalisation Scheme, namely, Annalong, Dundrum, Hilltown, Killyleagh, Meigh, Newtownhamilton, and Strangford/Killough (for the purpose of this project Strangford and Killough is identified as one settlement). The Council is working with project working groups to deliver projects through the following themes: Shop front enhancement scheme, streetscape, open space, and active travel enhancement. Across these four themes, there are two elements for which the Council requires Quantity Surveying (QS) services: 1. Shop Front Enhancement Scheme 2.
