Alterations & Refurbishment - West Stand, Scarborough Cricket Ground

Tender description

The works comprise briefly: the demolition of selected walls and strip-out internal fixtures & fittings, together with existing terrace seating; block up redundant openings and form new openings through existing masonry; erect new internal partitions over insulated floor deck, insulated drylining to external walls, insulated suspended ceilings, new small power, data, lighting, fire alarm system, intruder & CCTV systems; install new external windows and doors; over-clad selected walls and paint remaining external walls; new sanitary ware and associated drainage, connections and hot & cold water supplies; internal decoration; new external surfaces. Apply waterproofing membrane to surfaces of existing spectator terrace and fit new seating. This is a Towns Fund project that Scarborough Borough Council are overseeing rather than leading directly.
